THE SALISBURY ARMS

EDINBURGH

The artwork at The Salisbury Arms is thoughtfully shaped by the building’s rich heritage. Once the residence of pioneering Scottish printer and publisher Thomas Nelson, and later owned by renowned brewer Andrew Usher, the space draws on this layered history to inform a refined yet characterful scheme.

Across the interior, traditional influences are balanced with contemporary pieces, from expressive abstracts that stand out against the warm, vibrant palette to printed mirrors and carefully selected artworks that add depth and interest. These elements, alongside curated accessories, work together to celebrate the building’s past while creating a welcoming, visually engaging environment.
